Rich with Arizona history, the Primrose Inn & Suites has been serving the town, its residents, and travelers for over 40 years.  The main office, managers residence and Casita Suite buildings were originally built in 1942, designed with beautiful Arts and Craft styled architecture and boast some very impressive hand laid stone walls and wood detailing. Later in the 60's the property was purchased and the inn was built featuring 7 rooms; a big welcome for local residents and travelers to experience having the first hotel in Chino Valley!  Years later, the inn expanded to include overnight RV accommodations for the many travelers who love the open road, fresh air, and perfect temperatures!  Now, the Inn is privately owned and operated by a local family, the property has been completely updated to provide guests with superior high country styled rooms, outstanding amenities and a feeling of home-like- comfort that guests rave about.

Hotel Policies

It’s important to us that you receive appropriate information to make your stay at the Primrose Inn & Suites as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our hotel policies on items such as check-in/check-out times, cancellations, payment and much more. For additional details, please contact the hotel and speak to one of our friendly staff members. 


The Inn rooms are 100% Non-Smoking. We do provide areas just outside your room, common areas that are equip with ashtrays and receptacles.

Minimum Age to Register 18

EARLY CHECK IN: Early check in may be obtainable based on availability and may be subject to a fee of $20. Fees may be subject to change and management reserves all rights.

LATE ARRIVALS: We accommodate late arrivals (after 9:00 pm) Please contact us directly prior to close of business and/or arrival date to make accommodations.  Rooms reserved are charged on credit card used to make reservation prior to arrival. 


Cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. 

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required prior to your arrival date to receive a promotion disclaimer.  If you cancel within 48 hours, including reservations made within 2 days of your arrival, you will be charged the 1st night's room rate and tax.  Declined or invalid credit card numbers may result in cancellation of booking without prior notice. Personal checks will be accepted for pre-payment of reservation balance only if received at least 30 days prior to arrival date.

Rates: Internet rates are not valid with, during, or in conjunction with other Discount programs, including corporate programs.  All rates are currently subject to 14.33% sales tax. Prior to confirmation, all rates are subject to change without notice and based upon limited availability.
Room Preferences: We will make every effort to fulfill your preference requests; however they are not guaranteed, as rooms are assigned at check-in. Additional charges may apply for some requests.   If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service . Alternatively, you can cancel or change your reservation online if within the appropriate time-frames and reservation type.

DOG POLICY: Guests traveling with their dog will be asked to fill out a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the Hotel. Dogs are only allowed in specified guestrooms and guests must make reservations in advance to travel with their dog.  The Hotel only allows dogs that weigh less than 60 lbs each and up to two dogs are allowed per room with the exception of special events (dog shows). Dogs are the only animals allowed under the Pet-Stay program. Dogs must not be left unattended in the room or during housekeeping.  (Housekeeping may be scheduled at your convenience, but housekeeping must be allowed to service our guest room at a minimum of every other day).  Please note, excessively noisy dogs will need to be removed and boarded off property at the owner's expense.
